    Can I place an order without creating an account?

    Yes, you can place an order as a guest without an obligation to create an account. Therefore, we recommend creating an account if you’d like to check your order history, have easy access to chosen items in the shopping basket or have your shipping address and payment details saved for next time.     Where is my order confirmation?

    We automatically send the order confirmation to the email address provided while placing an order. If you have not received the information about your purchase within 24 hours, please get in touch by filling the form from the bookmark Contact Form. We send all order details directly to the email address provided at the checkout so please make sure that it is correct. Order confirmations may by mistake be diverted to mailbox’s spam or junk folder so please double-check before contacting us.

    How do I cancel my order?

    There is a short amount of time between placing an order and processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via this form or by calling us on the phone number (01732 866922), we may be able to cancel this order before its dispatch. In case that your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return once you have received it.

    Can I alter my order?

    Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we have started processing it. If you need to order a larger quantity or add additional product, please place a new order online.

    When will my order arrive?

    Our standard delivery service usually takes from 2 to 6 working days. Add an extra 1-2 days to remote areas /excluding weekends and bank holidays/ UK mainland addresses.

    The express delivery service usually takes 1 to 2 working days to UK mainland addresses. Add an extra day to remote areas. Depending on the product the item will be shipped either by Royal Mail or another courier company.

    Please get in touch if your order has not been delivered, according to the expected timescales, we will check your order status.

    How much is shipping?

    Our standard delivery service is free of charge within UK. Therefore you can choose our express delivery service, which is an additional £5.99.


    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept the following methods of payment: VISA,  Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, ApplePay and Google Pay.

    Do you allow cashier’s cheques or money orders?

    No. At this time does not accept Cashier's Cheques or Money Orders.


    I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

    You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us by this form. We will provide the shipping label and guidance, how to return a product for a refund once the return request is accepted. Items returned to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

    Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

    Yes, we can replace the item, but please note that we recommend reordering a new item at the checkout as it will be much quicker. In order to send the replacement item, we need to wait a certain amount of time for the damaged item to be returned back to us.

    How long does it take for me to get a refund?

    Once we receive the item back from the Post Office, we will refund your payment. Please keep the Proof of Postage and ask your Local Delivery Office for one, in order to track the journey of the returned item.

    Can I change the colour/design?

    Every product which has variations have an option to choose the colour or design of the item. Unfortunately, not all our products have this option. Several products we do offer come in variations of colours which are assorted and send randomly. Please find this information in the item description. So please keep an eye on it! In this case, we cannot guarantee which colour/design we will send.
