EXTENDABLE HANDLE - Each cleaning tool from this set (mop, window cleaner, duster) is attachable to the steel handle. The handle can be extended up to 120cm, helping get to hight places and corners, clean windows and reach under the sofa, bed or other furniture. The telescopic handle will allow effortless access to the most difficult to reach places and with ease will remove dust and dirt.
This 7pcs cleaning kit contains various cleaning aids which help in cleaning the house quicker and easier. This set includes:

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service takes usually 2-5 working days. Add an extra 1-2 days to remote areas /excluding weekends and bank holidays/ to UK mainland addresses.

Express delivery

The express delivery service takes usually 1-2 working days to UK mainland addresses, add an extra day to remote areas. Depending on the product the item will be shipped either by Royal Mail or another courier company.

*Please note: our delivery partners are very busy at this time of the year, therefore we are not able to guarantee a next day delivery, although we will use an express delivery service if you have opted for such.

Weekends and Bank holidays are non-working days and if your order has been dispatched on Friday by express service, it will be due for delivery on the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification e-mail if you have provided an e-mail address.

We can dispatch orders to most European countries - for prices, please check each product.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
