Standard Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. This gives you a full month to decide if it’s right for you.

Once you request the return of the item and our team accepts the return, please send the item back within the next 14 days. If the item is not sent within this timeframe, the return request will be canceled.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them. This means they should be unworn, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item

Submit a Return Request:

  • Log in to your account by clicking the profile icon in the store’s navigation or by visiting the refund policy or returns page.
  • Enter your email address and follow the prompts to receive a six-digit verification code.
  • Enter the verification code to access your account.
  • Select the order and the specific items you wish to return.
  • Choose a return reason and add any notes for the store.
  • Submit your return request.

Return Approval:

  • If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
  • You are responsible for using a courier of your choice to send the item back to us.
  • Once we receive the item, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.

Please note that if the product is not returned within 14 days of its approval, the return process will be automatically cancelled.

  • Items on sale
  • Digital goods (e.g., gift cards)
  • Certain items such as food, custom products, and beauty items (for safety reasons)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Items Received as Part of a Promotion

For returns involving promotional items, all items from the order, including any free or promotional items, must be returned. If the promotional items are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct their value from your refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
