PURPOSE OF FLOWCLEAR POLYSPHERE - Those high-quality filtration balls are suitable for all existing sand filters in the Bestway range. They offer superior filtration and are a fantastic way to enhance your above ground pool. You can achieve clean and clear water quicker than by using sand.
MATERIAL - The durable Polysphere balls are eco-friendly. Sand filter balls made from 100% recyclable and non-toxic PET (Polyethylene) material with a grain size of 5 cm. The Polyshperes look like cotton-balls and are light weighted. They are easier to handle in comparison to big bags of sand. The exchange of Flowclear Plysphere in the sand filter is much simpler and take less time than the change of the sand. Highly resistant to pool chemicals.
EFFICIENT FILTRATION - Flowclear Polysphere balls are a highly efficient and environmentally friendly way to keep clean water flowing through your above ground pool. Sand filter balls create much less back pressure than sand to the system so, the pump does not have to work so hard. Flow rate to the pool is increased, reducing the amount of daily circulating time. That means more efficiency and lower energy bills.
EASY TO CLEAN - Those sand filter balls are easier to handle and are reusable as they can be hand washed. Because the Polyspheres are so light, they are easy to carry and transport. Unlike sand, they don’t clump or harden over time. Flowclear Polyspheres are a fantastic way to enhance your above ground pool.
DIMENSIONS & CONTENT - 500 g (1.10 Lbs) of Flowclear Polysphere included equal to 18 kg 39.68 Lbs of sand. These tiny balls will clean your pool-water, filtering down 5 to 3 microns, making your pool far more enjoyable to swim in.

Our standard delivery service takes usually 2-5 working days. Add an extra 1-2 days to remote areas /excluding weekends and bank holidays/ to UK mainland addresses.
The express delivery service takes usually 1-2 working days to UK mainland addresses, add an extra day to remote areas. Depending on the product the item will be shipped either by Royal Mail or another courier company.
*Please note: our delivery partners are very busy at this time of the year, therefore we are not able to guarantee a next day delivery, although we will use an express delivery service if you have opted for such.
Weekends and Bank holidays are non-working days and if your order has been dispatched on Friday by express service, it will be due for delivery on the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification e-mail if you have provided an e-mail address.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
